Afternoons@LIM: Making Memories at the Movies

A program designed to creatively engage those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss and their care partners.

Travel through the magic of movies! Films can transport us to some of our favorite places, as well as places we’ve never been. Enjoy clips and discussion of films such as Oklahoma, Blue Hawaii, April in Paris and The Wiz among others!

Recognizing that movies have the power to spark memories and create connections, this program presents an opportunity to engage in discussion while socializing with others.

The program takes place in the Gillespie Room of the Carriage Museum.

Programs are offered at no charge. Space is limited & preregistration is required.
