EVENT: The Culper Spy Letter: A New Discovery at the Long Island Museum is on view!

The LIM is proud to yet again participate in Culper Spy Day. For the first time since the LIM’s discovery of The Culper Spy Letter in our archives in August of 2020, the handwritten letter that is dated November 8, 1779, and is from Benjamin Tallmadge (using his alias, John Bolton) to Robert Townsend (alias, Samuel Culper Jr.) will be on view beginning September 18th in the Carriage Museum.
