Friday–Sunday: 12:00–5:00 pm
* Please note that the Gift Shop is closed and museum admission is free after 5:00 pm on Thursdays.

Admission tickets can be purchased at the LIM Visitors Center located on the west side of Route 25A (across the street from the LIM Carriage Museum).

One FREE museum admission with a cereal box donation this May!
Join us to make this spring a little brighter during our Spring Cereal Drive in support of Agape Meals for Kids. Between May 14–31, donate full-size boxes of cereal to help support local families and fill pantry shelves with breakfast essentials!
The Long Island Museum is proud to be an official food drive drop-off site for Agape Meals for Kids, a local non-profit providing food to children facing food insecurity.
Please bring your donation to the LIM Visitors Center and receive one free museum admission.
Donations will be accepted during our regular visiting hours: Thursday, 11:30 am to 7:00 pm* and Friday–Sunday, noon to 5:00 pm.

Museums for All
The Long Island Museum is proud to be participating with the Museums For All program through the Institute of Museum & Library Services (IMLS). Visitors who show a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card will receive FREE admission for up to 4 people.
Blue Star Museums
The Long Island Museum is proudly a member of Blue Star Museums. BSM is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and museums across America to offer free admission to the nation’s active duty military personnel including National Guard and Reserve and their families each summer.
