Fall Equinox Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of sound healing honoring the Fall Equinox with practitioner Toni Ann Nazimek, featuring crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes & gongs. Focus on nurturing the qualities of balance and renewal that this seasonal shift brings, and work on creating personalized intentions, incorporating them into the evening’s meditation, as the sound waves soothe your mind, bring your body into vibrational balance, and carry you through a peaceful inward journey.

This program will take place outdoors on the Art Museum Lawn next to our fountain garden. In the event of rain, it will be moved into the Carriage Museum.

Please bring your own blanket or yoga mat to relax on.
